PRODUCT RETURNS Did your order arrive in an unsatisfactory condition or is completely not what you expected? We want you to love your Stella and Dash purchase so exchanges or refunds are available if the item is returned within 30 days of purchase. Due to hygiene reasons earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged if you simply change your mind.
WORKSHOP REFUNDS Things come up, people get sick, circumstances change. We totally understand. If you've booked in for a workshop and can't make it for genuine unforseen circumstances please reach out so we can find an alternate date or issue a refund.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATIONS If Stella and Dash cancels a workshop due to unforseen circumstances a full refund will be offered to all participants.
